My Tour of Walt Disney's Office Suite Part 3: The Furniture Design
After touring the Formal and Working Office, there was one more small room to see. The Disney Archivist explained that they did not have many photos of what this space looked like. So right now it they have an animators desk and a gallery type display of the office furniture designed specifically for Walt Disney for this suite.
Here are more close up photos of the items that were on and inside the animator desk.
Here is a photo of this space that the Archives had on display. Look carefully at the photo and then you can see the actual furniture from the photo.
Although there was not much in this actual space, the items that they had on display were interesting. In this cabinet display, they had the actual invoice for the order of this furniture.
If you want to learn some other fun and interesting things about Walt Disney's office, please listen to my friend, Keith (Disney Avenue), and his interview with Disney Archivist, Dave Smith. Dave shares some of his work that went into cataloguing the office and some items he discovered while cleaning out the suite.

Part 1 (Formal Office)
I actually have a couple more notes of this particular D23 Gold Member event. There were some activities that we were able to experience as part of our tour so I thought I would save that for one more post since it did not involve the actual office suite.
